Terms
The short version
- There is nothing to buy, no account to create and no software to download.
- Joining the waitlist is a request to be told when Conductor is available. It is not a purchase, a reservation, a licence or a promise of access.
- Conductor may never be released. It is one person's tool for their own work; the waitlist exists in case it becomes more than that.
- Leave any time — unsubscribe deletes your row.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Jarrel Pothoff, a private individual in the Netherlands, reachable at jarrel.pothoff@gmail.com. There is no company behind Conductor and no trade-name registration for it; see the privacy page for why no registration number is printed.
2. What the waitlist is
You give an e-mail address and consent to be e-mailed about Conductor. In return you get, at most, an e-mail saying it exists. You are not owed access, a licence, a price, a date, a beta invitation, or a place in any order — the position number the form shows you is a signup-order rank, not a queue that entitles you to anything.
You must give an address you control, and you must be old enough to consent to this in your country (16 in the Netherlands).
3. What Conductor is, stated plainly
Conductor is a single-user harness around Claude Code agents, built and run by its author on their own machines. Multi-tenancy is explicitly out of scope. It has never been released, and it may never be. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer, a specification of a future product, or a commitment to ship.
What the pages do show is what the software already does today: every screen rebuilt on the homepage is drawn from the real app's own source, not from a mock-up of an intention. That is a claim about the present, not the future.
4. Using the site
Read it, share it, quote it. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a rate that costs the host money, submit addresses you do not control, or use the form to send mail to other people. The ingress rate-limits requests; sustained abuse gets blocked at that layer.
5. No warranty
The site is provided as-is. It runs on a single machine in a house; it will sometimes be down. Nothing here is professional advice, and the accuracy of any statement about the software is best-effort — where a page makes a factual claim about what Conductor does, it is written from the source and corrected when the source changes.
6. Liability
To the extent Dutch law allows, the author is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or from Conductor never being released. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
7. Changes and law
These terms may change; the version and date at the top are the record. Dutch law applies, and the competent court is in the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.
